Samasthithi: Stand straight, toes together, hands beside the thigh.

Steps and Asanasthithi:
Stand facing the wall.
Place your palms on the wall, a little above the level of the head.
Breathing in, swing the body and come up on the toes, stretch the elbows and throwing the neck back
Maintain the posture for a count of 6-7 normal breaths.
Exhaling come down and bring your hands down to come back to samasthithi.
Benefits:
Helps in alleviating back pain
Flexes the spine and the neck
